I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.

I reserve the right to refuse any order.

I have the right to refuse or request an additional charge for each additional addition I make.

Prices are in dollars. If you use another currency, google the exchange to check the prices

I accept payments via PayPal, I will create and send you PayPal invoices for payment.

PayPal transaction fees are included in the prices.

I accept payments through VGen but their prices will usually be higher than when making the payment through PayPal since I have to include Partner Commission Fee (VGen charges 5% of the commission)

No refunds will be issued

The finished model files given to the client are for runtime only, Live2d project files for the model will not be given to the client

Clients must fully disclose any planned dates for debuts of the rigged model, and deadlines cannot be hastened after the commission process has been started

I can rig a previously rigged model but I need the artist/rigger's permission to continue.

The estimated delivery time will not start counting until the time of payment, not at the time discussed.

After receiving the updates, please feel free to ask for anything changed or edited. You are encouraged to provide feedback during the process to ensure the quality of the final work, After receiving the rest of the payment, I will send you the final commission file. If you still want minor revisions after delivery of the final work, please contact me because they might be free.

Minor revisions include small adjustments to existing parameters (physics tuning, expression intensity, color of toggles). Major revisions include adding new features not originally discussed, reworking already-approved sections, or structural changes to the rig.

During the commission process, minor revisions are free (but there is a certain threshold for the quantity of minor revisions). Major revisions before and after delivering

the completed work are not free.

If you need the model to be private and I cannot publish wips on my socials, there will be an extra cost. If only the client's name has to be private, there will be no extra cost.

Express will be an additional cost that will be discussed with the client. Depending on the design or overall complexity of the commission, i may not be able to accept it if the deadline is still too tight. In cases like these, i am open to discussing pushing certain parts of the rigging to a later date.

Payment can be split up between base rigging price and add-ons, depending on the project details.

Please credit me when you use the commissioned work.

Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.

Do not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. Please contact me beforehand if you plan to resell my work.

Please note that I will NOT bear responsibility for delays if: (a) the client's feedback is too slow (for each update I send, please respond within 4 days); (b) the model art has problems and needs to be returned to the artist for modifications; (c) the client asks for too many changes or makes indecisive modification requests, delaying the normal progress of my work and causing the failure to meet the mutually agreed delivery date. Under these circumstances, the client cannot accuse me of late model delivery.

For rigging commissions, normally I will send updates 4 times during the process in the form of videos when the following have been completed: (a) eye blinking and mouth, (b) head angles, (c) body movements and (d) when the rigging is almost done.

If a client fails to complete a payment plan, work will be paused until payment is resumed. Files will not be delivered until the full amount is paid.

Art must be provided at minimum 300 DPI and properly layered/separated for rigging. If art does not meet rigging requirements, additional charges may apply or the commission may be delayed while the artist makes corrections.

In cases of illness, personal emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, I will notify the client as soon as possible and adjust timelines accordingly.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot on my waitlist. This deposit confirms your place in the queue and is applied toward your total commission price — it is not an extra charge.

Deposit amounts by rig type:

Standard Rig: $50 USD

Advanced Rig: $100 USD

Waitlist deposits are processed through Paypal. Your slot is not reserved until the deposit is confirmed.

When your slot opens, I will contact you to finalize the details and begin the commission process. At that point, the remaining balance is due before work begins.

If you are unable to move forward when your slot opens, the deposit is forfeited. If I am unable to fulfill your commission for any reason on my end, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Estimated wait times vary depending on the current queue. I will give you an honest estimate when you reserve your slot.
